About Our Firm

Our firm was founded in 1998 by P.J. Geldenhuys, who brings extensive experience from his time at the Department of Justice, where he served as a State Prosecutor, State Advocate, and later as Head of Civil Court Framing.

In 2000, J.H. Botha joined the firm as Head of Conveyancing, alongside A.C. Buchling, who continues to play a key role as the firm’s conveyancer. Together, they established a strong and trusted conveyancing department that remains a cornerstone of the firm today.

Over the years, the firm has grown in both expertise and reputation, expanding its services to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Today, the firm continues to build on this solid foundation. Heide Botha went on to play a crucial role in developing the Estate Administration Department, bringing dedication, continuity, and a deep understanding of the firm’s values and client-focused approach.

As Director and Head of Conveyancing, Johan Botha (B Proc, B Iuris) brings extensive experience in property law and legal practice management. He is known for his meticulous approach and commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused solutions. Under his leadership, the conveyancing department has developed into a trusted and integral part of the firm’s success.

Heide Botha

Attorney

Heide Botha obtained both a BA Law and LLB degree cum laude and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. She now leads the Estate Administration Department, combining strong academic achievement with practical experience to deliver efficient and reliable legal services.
